Monday Motivation
Woke up this morning and can’t believe how sore I am. Then again, I worked legs/hamstrings/glutes yesterday at the gym…so I fully expected to be sore, just not this sore! They all say muscle soreness is the best soreness…but, I think no soreness this is the best soreness! I mean who likes being sore? Who likes basically crawling up and down their stairway because their quads hurt so badly?
